Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for your response. You will notice that the title is "This was emailed to me today"- I didn't write it, it was sent in an email-I merely opened it for discussion. There is nowhere in the post that suggests that I/we fund (any) politicians, where did that idea come from?

The post is not meant as a political statement by us, nor to offend. Simply that it was sent to us as an email and was an interesting point of view. We wanted it to be put up for an open dialog-not to be told to take it down or we would lose business partners. I guess, like any freedom, that the right to free speech comes at a cost.
The very last paragraph was written by me, and it clearly states " I don't know what to think about this-except I do love my freedom and also that only united we stand.

Thanks,
Shelly

i would really like to support your farm, but i disagree with almost every word of this letter, and feel uncomfortable knowing that my business would support someone who can fund politicians who favor this kind of position in the world.

Hi,
I understand your feelings. I lost my pet dog companion 2 years ago and its still hard for me, I sometimes feel alone, at that time I was a D.O.T. Heavyhighway Contractor for the state, and had the privilege to have him my dog Chief with me all day everyday, either in the office with me or going from project to project checking on our work progress.
The part that bothers me to this day is he died from lyme disease and it could have been prevented, I contracted it myself, Chief my dog wasn't so lucky being a bullmastiff and only one of 2 breeds and the other being the Bulldog that when they contract Lyme its usally fatal once it hits their kidneys.
Your so right about 2 legs or 4 legs the pain and sorrow is the same.
p.s. and it doesn't seem to go away?

From my heart to yours.

God Bless you.

Oops, Sorry Kalyn. I think we are fixed now. We are totally new to blogging-so we make (errr, quite a few) mistakes. But just like gardening we view every mistake as another learning experience :-D!

Hi there,
Thanks so much for the nice comment you left on my new garden blog and for linking to my site. And thanks for letting me know about the CNN article. Have a great weekend and congratulations on your new blog! : )

P.S. Yep, Weekend Herb Blogging is a super event--the roundups are fascinating. I usually join in each week. You should, too!

Sorry I didn't notice this sooner, and I didn't see an e-mail address. The blog you linked to (Kalyns Kitchen Links) is actually just a "storage" blog where I keep things so my main page doesn't get too crowded. If you wouldn't mind making the link to:
http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com
That is where the weekly recaps for Weekend Herb Blogging are first published, and where my real blog is.
Thanks,
Kalyn

Hey, thanks for mentioning me. My blog is actually called Kalyns Kitchen and Weekend Herb Blogging is the name of a weekly event where people write about various herbs or other plant foods and then on Sunday I publish a recap. I get things from people all over the world, so it's often quite interesting.

Glad you asked! Bella's is located on Forbes st., in East Hartford. If you are going to Bella's from Manchester/Silver Lane, traveling west on Silver Lane take a right onto Forbes st. Bella's is on the right after your 1st traffic light. You cannot miss it. Bella's is on the corner of Forbes and Ridgewood. St.

Make sure to tell us what kind of seminar you would be interested in.
